North Rim Camping

{7.1.2010 & 7.2.2010}

My parents decided to take a last minute camping trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

So we decided that we wanted to go also.

It ended up being my mom and dad, Laura, Scott, Stella and I, oh and Abby (my dad's dog)

While we were looking for a place to camp we stopped to check out a location and a baby fawn jump up right in front the truck and run away, it was crazy we almost ran over a hiding baby deer.

Immediately, we were hoping it could find its mom again after we scared it away.

We decided that it would be better if we didn't camp right there, so we camped about two miles away.

Stella had such a blast running around and torturing Abby.

We took a little hike after we got the camp all set up, it was really nice and beautiful.

All in all it was a nice camp out and was very relaxing, it was exactly what we needed at that moment, lucky my parents know that.

 We decided that we needed to go to Jacob's Lake and get some Ice cream, Stella thought that was a good idea too 

I don't give her treats very often so she LOVED this.
