5 Years

5 years ago today I married the most wonderful man!

I am so grateful I have him in my life

He takes such good care of me and loves me so much

I don't know what I would do without him

Hats

Stella absolutely LOVES hats.
Never her own hats but everyone elses
Every day we go into work she has to go into my dad's office and take out one of his hats and put in on.

Birthday

My sister Laura just had her 18th birthday on 1.11.11

She asked me to make her birthday cake so I yes of course.

I can't believe my little sister is already 18, it is crazy!

Christmas Day

Christmas morning we got up around 8:00 when Stella woke up and then we woke everyone else up.

We went up stairs and showed Stella what she got from Santa Claus...

 A Kitchen!

 She absolutely loves it!

She played with all day on Christmas

She got Goldfish in her stocking and that is what she is eating.

We started opening presents but Stella didn't care for anything but her kitchen and when I would open the present and show her she would go and put it into her kitchen. (She was happy that we opened all the fake food because she walked around eating it all morning.

She got ice cream cones in the food set and she fed it to everyone, oh and the grapes.

 We all got my mom a kindle for Christmas and she was surprised and excited.

Laura is happy that she got more perfume, she is addicted to that stuff.

I need to raid my parents camera so I can find pictures of Scott and I.

We went over to Margo's and Mac's to have brunch with them and Erin and Adam.

It was absolutely delicious.

After that we went to the Madsen's but Stella was pretty wiped out by that point.

We opened presents with cousins and then went straight home and took a nap.

But not before we had to open all the presents and put them together, she is very excited about her grocery cart.

That is why I have no pictures! (I am horrible)

We had our family tradition to go out to eat Christmas Evening (with Greg and Lindsey's family, Steve and Tony)  and we went to the Mandarin Buffet,

Well it had changed owners since the last time we had been there and lets just say it wasn't awesome.

But it was fun hanging out and enjoying each others company.

I loved Christmas with Stella, it is so much fun.

She gets so excited and wants to show everything to everyone.

Christmas Eve

We had Christmas Eve at the Dalton's this year but we dropped by the Madsen's get together first.

Almost everyone was able to make it, we missed Mike and Indra's family, we had a great dinner and all 9 grandchildren (and some adults) did the nativity.

Then we headed to the Dalton's for a big get together.

My mom made everything very beautiful.

 We played some amazing minute to win it games.

Of course I didn't get very many pictures at all but it was a lot of fun.

We had Dalton's, Hooper's, and Adkin's

We had a total of 34 people, I think the biggest Christmas Eve party so far.

Canyon was in charge of singing. He brought his guitar and bells.

We sang for probably 20-25 minutes and it was wonderful, thanks.

After everyone left we cleaned up and put Stella to bed,

we spent the night at my parents with all the siblings minus Peter and Michelle.

Then we started getting Christmas morning ready for Stella!!

Pictures this year were a little difficult because after about ten minutes Stella was done taking pictures and cried every time we tried to get her to look at the camera.

We did get a picture or two but that was about it.

Thank you Lindsey for taking our pictures.

Stella had a great time playing with her cousins during pictures.

Christmas Tree

I know I am very far behind and I am trying to catch up!

This year Pete and Michelle were in St. George for Thanksgiving so we decided to go and get Christmas Trees the Saturday afterwards.

We went up to Cedar Mountain, and it was freezing and the snow was super deep!

It was lots of fun and exciting that so many people joined us in cuttin down the christmas trees.

Snow

We were lucky enough to receive some snow today.

As soon as we went outside Stella couldn't stop saying snow, snow, snow.

We stopped at my parents house before we went to work to play in the snow.

Stella has decided that she wants to wear a tutu everywhere we go, so of course we had to wear it in the snow.

I loved the snow today, with the red mountains it looks so cool.

I know I haven't posted Christmas or anything but I hopefully will get there soon
