Easter Picnic

{April 23}

We had our traditional Dalton Easter picnic out on the Arizona Strip this year.
We headed out towards Black Rock and found a nice place to stop almost at the top of the mountain.

The people included Grammy Cindy, Papa Lincoln, Dan, Jenny, Anna, Laura, Me, Scott and Stella.

Stella had her own Easter Egg hunt.
By the time she found everything I think she understood what she was supposed to do.
She got pretty excited finding candy.

Getting the bags ready for the Easter Egg hunt race

 Ready. Set. Go

 Laura got attacked by a bush but made it out alive.

 Scott had a horny toad in his bag so he got no candy

We decided we need to show off our loot but it kind of turned into... im not sure

Helping

{April 22}

I helped my sister-in-law Lindsey out with a wedding and it turned out beautiful.
She planned almost the whole wedding and did the flowers.
The wedding was at the Sunriver Ballroom and it was beautiful.

Happy Easter

HAPPY EASTER!
We had a wonderful Sunday.
(and Saturday but I will put that on another post)

We had a great lunch at my parents house
a visit to the Madsen's
then dinner at Greg and Lindseys with a little Wii Golf.
It was a great Easter Day.

We still have a VERY hard time at getting Stella to look at the camera but they turned out good.

Garden Update

Our garden in simple amazing right now!
My Dad has been planting and taking care of this garden like crazy
It has definelty been lots of fun and Stella loves it.
Every day we go to work she starts talking about the bugs at Papa's garden.
There have been Ladybugs everywhere and Stella likes to watch them and point them out, she hasn't figured out how to pick them up with out killing them.

We have been able to eat A LOT of radishes so far
(well just my dad, he is the only one who really likes them)
We haven't had any other fruit/vegetable ready to eat yet.

We have peas, turnips, beets, corn, pole beans, cucumbers, tomoatoes, bell peppers, green onion, swiss chard, romaine lettuce (and some other kids too), watermelons, catelope, squash and banana peppers.
It has been fun watching it all grow.
