Halloween

Happy Halloween!

This year I decided to make Stella's Halloween costume,
I thought that because she is so in love with watching Tinkerbell that that is who she should be.
I thought for my first costume it turned out pretty good.
Of course it wasn't perfect and I ended up needing a couple safety pins but it was good besides that, haha

 Cousin Ike and Anna with Stella

 She would rather play with the rocks and sticks then smile at the camera.

I am glad Stella actually like wearing her costume this year.
She loved going to everyone's door and taking candy out of the bowl.
She would either blow them a kiss after or say "tank you"
She wasn't afraid of any of the costumes or anything, she didn't like the house's that played loud music and she would cover her ears.

I need to raid my mom's and sister-in-laws camera and see if they got a good one of Stella in her costume.
I just love Halloween!

The Park

{8.30.2010}

Since has been cooling down (it's not in the high 100's) we have been going to the park in the evening.
Stella has been loving it!
The park we go to has a dog run area and Stella will stand at the fence with her hand through trying to get he dogs to lick her.
She can go down the slide by herself and she loves swinging.
I hope it doesn't get cold to fast so we can keep doing this.

Water

{8.21.2010}

We were invited to a birthday party for one of Stella's friends down at the fountain at the Towne Square.
We had never been down there
It is really nice and Stella loved playing in the water and chasing all the other kids there.
I grab her swimsuit thinking it still fit but once it was on I realized that she is too tall for it, oops!

Dressing Herself

{8.19.2010}

Stella decided that she didn't like the shirt she had on so she tried putting on another shirt
Well she forgets that she has a bigger head and shirts are hard to get on and off
So it got stuck and she thought it was hilarious.
I love that her bow is sticking out.

Tony's Home

{8.17.2010}

Scott's last brother came home from his mission in Minneapolis.
All 7 of the Madsen boys went on mission, and we are all excited that the last one is home.
I don't have anyone else going on a mission until my 8 year nephews turn 19, yea!!

 Tony had to hug and talk to all 10 nieces and nephews (2 were missing), his parents, all 6 brothers and 5 sister-in-laws and cousins.

 Tony & Emma

Steve being the on time guy he usually is showed up a couple minutes late :)

We are so happy Tony is home
He has now left to BYU Idaho to go to school.
