Grammy Party

{October 28}

Grammy Becky had her ward trunk or treat so Ike, Anna and Stella joined her.

I didn't get any pictures during the trunk or treat because it was too dark but here they are afterwards.

Thanks to my sister-in-law Lindsey (or Aunt Burger as Stella calls her) for the BEAUTIFUL costume.

The first time Stella put the dress on she ran up to Scott and said, "The Best Day Ever!"

She was so excited for the dress to be complete, she knew Lindsey was making it

so everytime we saw her Stella would ask her if it was done.

Pregnancy Post: 18 Weeks

Baby boy is the size of a bell pepper (7 ounces)

Things are still going well, besides my whole body aching it is good.

I can't seem to stop breaking out this pregnancy.

I am trying to get better at exercising regularly but it is not going so well, oh well.

I have started looking at boy nursery ideas but I won't do anything until after Christmas
I have to get Stella in a toddler bed first, yuck!

Halloween Pumpkins

{October 20}

Stella kept asking me to take her to the pumpkin patch to get a pumpkin. So i took her to Wal-Mart to pick out a pumpkin. She loved it and wanted them all.

Then we got home and cleaned them all up and we let her color she pumpkin.

Luckily Scott has some artistic skills because I wasn't doing so well.

She was so happy at what she did

She had to show us what she drew and what it was.

We are so excited for Halloween, we went to a trunk or treat hosted by the Bloomington Executive Suite

and she loved it, I am really excited to see her on actual Halloween this year.

She asks me every day if we are going trick or treating.

It probably doesn't help that I have been letting her wear her costume everyday, oh well.

Pregnancy Post: 17 Weeks

(That is a turnip, the size of the baby this week)



A boy! It is still so weird to think about, I just kept thinking we were having a girl because we already had one I guess.
But we are really excited. I went through all my baby items and found a couple things I can reuse for the new baby. But everything else is pink! haha

I am happy to say I have not thrown up once this pregnancy!

We took Stella to Target to pick out the first boy thing, a green elephant (which is like her teddy, but an elephant). She loved picking it out, then she thought it was hers.

I have had one craving...pickles. I didn't crave anything with Stella so that was weird.

I have gained a couple pounds but I still fit fine in my regular clothes, yay!

When we ask Stella what the baby's name is she says, "my name stella." when you explain to her the baby in my tummy she says, " oh its a baby." So she hasn't figured it out yet but she will.

Stella LOVES going to the doctors with me, she asks me every couple days if we are going. When I tell her no she gets said and tells me we have to go.
She likes watching the baby on the screen during the ultrasound. And the treats the doctor gives her, haha

Merry Go Round

On Saturday we took Stella down to the Merry Go Round at the town square.

She was so good with me working everyday while my parents were in Italy.

She deserved it!

After some rides we walked around and looked at the statues.

Stella had her favorites.

We were heading home on the boulevard with fireworks started going off from the mountain so he headed to the flood street movie theater parking lot and watched the fireworks.

Because we were so close Stella keep saying it was a volcano. 

When they ended she was very upset and wanted more.

It was a great end to a great Saturday.
